Eastbrook Apartments is comprised of 9 single story multifamily apartment buildings. The community features a well balanced mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom apartments totaling 22,000 rentable square feet. A portion of tenant rent payments are government subsidized as specified in the Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) Contract.

MPC Strategy:
McKee Private Capital purchased Eastbrook Apartments in May, 2018, marking our first expansion into Oklahoma. Equity was raised from three private investors with Fannie Mae providing fixed debt financing. MPC divested Eastbrook Apartments in July 2026 achieving a 9.14% IRR. As a Section 8 family asset, it performed as expected with reliable monthly income equating to a 10% cash on cash return over our holding period.
