Very responsive, friendly, and professional. We lived in one of their managed properties for two years and are grateful for their service. We called about seeing a new rental listing with McKee Properties in Coronado and within the hour we were viewing the place that eventually became our home. The application process went smoothly and efficiently. We wanted to get in the house prior to moving to measure for furniture and without hesitation, a time was set. Move-in was easy and on our timeline. The items that need tended to were fixed as soon as they were addressed. Our Property Mgr, Brendan, is incredibly quick to answer emails in a thorough and friendly fashion. Everyone in the office that we have interacted with have been kind and courteous. We would rent from McKee Properties over and over again.

We have used Mckee Properties to manage our condo in San Diego for two years.Being in the Real Estate Business ourselves probably makes us a bit pickey.We expect service that we strive to provide to our own clients. I am so pleased to say that McKee Properties far exceed our expectations! Brendan and his entire team are wonderful! Brendan is always working to make sure our property is rented and cared for. Also the entire McKee staff are there to make sure the tenants are happy and have any concerns addressed. I would say its a white glove conceirge service at very competitive fees. We are so happy to have the whole group to work with.

My wife and I have had a positive experience with McKee Properties. When we called about an initial showing for the townhome we are renting as tenants, they called back the same day and scheduled a showing for the following day. Brendan and Ben both showed up on time and gave us ample opportunity to inspect the property before deciding to rent. Mckee properties has been a wonderful experience to have as a property manager. As a new tenant, both Brendan and Briana Blakney have went above and beyond to make sure I am happy and that the property had the proper maintenance. Brendan and Briana also answered calls off hours when electricity went out and got someone here asap to fix it. I think I should articulate a little more my previous review. I recently moved to San Diego and I was looking for a nice place to call home. I started searching online for the best management properties company and I found Mckee Properties. They have been around for over 30 years and I decided to contact them. They are very professional and after couple of days I was able to move in my new home. You know what they say , "Love makes a house a home" and I can guarantee they really put their heart in their business!
